This period of turmoil and introspection led me to a significant realization: empowerment comes from education and adopting the right mindset and lifestyle techniques.

I decided to open up about my struggles, first to my husband, and then to others. It was a revelation - the more we talk and seek help, the less daunting the journey becomes. Through sharing my story, I aim to illuminate the often unspoken aspects of women's health during menopause.
